Miranda Rodak, PhD

Miranda is an award-winning educator and academic leader with two decades of experience developing campus-wide programs for student success and faculty development. As Associate Director in CPCS, she supports faculty through annual and promotion reviews and champions pedagogical innovation, AI and digital literacies, and engaged, collaborative learning. She previously directed IU’s Mosaic Faculty Development Program and led the campus Writing Studies Program, where she coordinated, designed, and delivered pedagogical training for graduate instructors and helped them translate their teaching into competitive job market materials. Miranda helps faculty build the institutional acumen and strategic storytelling skills to elevate their presence as scholarly teachers and advance their careers.
Gabrielle Stecher Woodward, PhD

Gabrielle is an award-winning educator, author, and creativity advocate who advances faculty development and promotes digital literacy. She formerly served as Associate Director of Undergraduate Teaching, supporting graduate instructors and postdoctoral fellows as they designed inclusive curricula and navigated the job market. A specialist in digital composition and instructional storytelling, Gabrielle mobilizes design technologies to help educators craft intentional, values-driven teaching brands that resonate across academic and digital spaces.
